• Receive Live Emergency Alerts: Customize your preferences to receive email, SMS notifications, or a call regarding your loved one's activity, enabling prompt decision-making and immediate follow-up.
• Retrieve GPS Location: Track subscriber location accurately by utilizing the advanced GPS functionality on compatible mobile devices.
• Check Device Status: The Connect App allows you to monitor all devices covered by your subscription, providing insights into device battery life and enabling you to alert the user when charging is necessary.
• Review User History and Status: Access device history and check the status of all individuals under your care, reviewing pertinent information for each user.
